Meal Plan
We will assess your long-term health and wellness goals while learning your food interests and familiarity, then we will work to develop a meal plan that will cater to your goals, tastes, time availability to invest preparing meals (*we do offer Handmade Pre-Made Meals To-Go* for those of you on the go where time isn't even an option- check our store), all while taking into cinsideration your allotted budget.

These meal plans will be catered specifically with your goals in mind. We will keep the budget discussed in the info-gathering questionnaire in mind while also working with foods you are familiar with and enjoy. We want to encourage you to create healthy habits, not restrictions!!
REFUND POLICY
We do not offer refunds for meal plans.

The meal plans can be delivered to you via email, snail mail or in hand at one of the Bootcamp locations.
